  • What is the client code?

    The customer code is a unique code assigned to existing customers for placing direct carbon orders.

    If you do not know your customer code, you can find it on an invoice, delivery note or in your most recent order sent by email.

    If you are a new customer, please email carbonicocentral.spain@eu.nipponsanso.com to register so that you can place an order.

  • How do I know my order is being processed correctly?

    Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 working hours.

    Please note that the order centre is open Monday to Friday (working days) from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. If, for example, you place an order on a Friday at 5.00 pm, you will not receive confirmation until Monday.

  • How long does it take from the time I receive the confirmation email until my order arrives at the store?

    Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.

    In some areas, deliveries are only made on certain days of the week.

  • What do I do if I can't find the product I want?

    Please email us at carbonicocentral.spain@eu.nipponsanso.com, stating the product you would like, the bottle size, the number of units you require, the number of bottles to be returned, and don’t forget to include your customer number.

  • What happens if I make a mistake and want to change an order?

    Please send us an email to carbonicocentral.spain@eu.nipponsanso.com, stating “ORDER CHANGE” in the subject line and including your customer number so that we can identify you quickly.

  • How do I know what type of CO2 beer bottle I need?

    This will depend on the space you have under your bar. CO2 cylinders for beer range from 63 cm to 68 cm.

    For soft drinks, the standard CO2 cylinder will be 12 kg, and for beer, it will be 10 kg.
